Project funded by the European Commission trough its Humanitarian Aid Department ECHO funds relief operations for victims of natural disasters and conflict outside European Union. Aid is channelled impartially, straight to victims, of their race, ethnic group, religion, gender, age, nationality or political affiliation.

Activities
The proposed intervention focuses on integrated components: physical
structure of the buildings, teaching methodology, playing activities and
psychosocial recovery through the application of the education to resilience
in favour of children.
Moreover this year 324 children (attend KGs free of charge) of families facing impossibility to pay
fees will benefit of early childhood education.
At the beginning of the operation, each KG will involve the parent committee to
identify a number of families who are the most socially and economically disadvantaged
of the neighbourhood areas where KGs are located. To these families, if they agree, will
be given the opportunity to send their children to KG without paying the attendance fees.
CRIC will pay a monthly fee of 25 NIS equal to 4,55 EUR for 324 children representing 20%
of the total number of children attending the 18 selected KGs.
